Raise your hand if you love pie! Ok, now keep your hand up if you actually like MAKING pie. Yeah, a whole lot of hands probably just dropped right about then. I know mine did. I am horrible at pie crust and therefore, I generally avoid making pies. Plus, slicing a pie is no piece of cake {ha!} either. Well, I am about to blow your mind with these mini apple toffee pies because they are so easy!

No Bake Mini Apple Toffee Pies

These little Effortless pies are no bake and the perfect size for one person. I love mini desserts because it allows me to control myself {or, if we are being honest, try one of everything}. I stumbled upon the Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Pie Crusts and knew they would be perfect for my pie making adventures. Combine those with a few extra ingredients like Dannon® Light & Fit® Greek Caramel Apple Pie yogurt and Reddi-wip® and you have a delicious dessert in under 15 minutes.

Ingredients for Mini Apple Toffee Pies:

1 package Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Pie Crusts
2 5.3oz containers Dannon® Light & Fit® Greek Caramel Apple Pie yogurt
6 oz cream cheese, softened
1 green apple, peeled and diced
1/2 cup toffee bits
Reddi-wip® for topping
Chopped candy bars for topping {optional}

Let’s Make It:

1) In bowl, combine yogurt and cream cheese. Stir until smooth. Fold in apple pieces and half of toffee bits. Divide between pie crusts. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

2) Before serving, top with Reddi-wip® , remaining toffee pieces, and candy bar pieces {if using}.

These little pies would be perfect for Thanksgiving and no one would even guess that you put them together with such little time and effort. If you have kids who love to help in the kitchen like mine do, this would be a great way for them to help out for the big meal.
