New Year’s Resolutions: An Easy Way to Keep Them

Right around January 1st, lots of people start making resolutions of things they will do in the new year. I mean, after all, January 1st offers you a fresh start; 365 days to be different and reach new goals. One of the goals for many, including myself, is losing weight and being healthier. But, like many, I have a pretty hectic schedule which doesn’t always leave me time to prepare meals on my own. So, I was excited to learn about bistroMD. It allows me to eat foods like this and still lose weight.

bistroMD is a totally different approach to dieting: it is a collection of physician designed/chef prepared meals. Plus, it is pretty much tailor made for people like me who are often rushing out of the door to take kids to sports or other activities. It is a great option because it means you can have great tasting food and still work towards your goal of losing weight. I mean just check out this menu and tell me you aren’t drooling!

In addition to the regular meal plan, they also offer a gluten-free program and one tailored for women and their special dietary needs. 

One of the major ways bistroMD is different from other meal plans is that their goal is to offer gourmet meals, using natural and wholesome ingredients, that are designed to help you lose weight and eat healthier. Basically, they set out to create meals they would serve in their own homes and make them into a meal plan that you can just heat and eat. It is the best of both worlds: great food and convenience. They even send you a menu to lay out how they planned your foods versus sending you a box of random meals and leaving you to guess what goes on what days. It really makes the diet foolproof with so much thought put into how the information they provide you!
