Easy Party Appetizers the RITZ Cracker Way

April 24, 2017 By Shannah Coe 4 Comments

We love to entertain and, often times, we end up inviting people over for an impromptu hang out versus planning out a big event. To make sure everyone has plenty to munch on, I always make sure I have the ingredients to make a few easy party appetizers at home so we can party at a moment’s notice. RITZ Crackers make the superb base for super easy party appetizers that are way delicious.

Easy Party Appetizers with RITZ Crackers

RITZ Crackers are perfect for savory or sweet recipes and make getting ready for any event super easy. Two of our favorite recipes to make are bloody mary RITZ bites and blue cheese raspberry bites. Both start with delicious RITZ Crackers and cream cheese: the ultimate pairing.

Ingredients for Bloody Mary RITZ Bites:

Original RITZ Crackers
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 tsp hot sauce
1/4 cup crumbled bacon
1/4 cup sliced pimento stuffed olives

Let’s Make It:

1. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, tomato paste, celery salt, hot sauce and bacon. Stir well to blend.

2. Spread onto RITZ Crackers. Top with two slices of olives.

RITZ also has two great recipes we use a lot with ours too: Jalapeño Popper Toppers and RITZ Strawberry Cheesecake Bites. Together, these four recipes are fantastic for any entertaining we might do.

Be sure to visit Safeway for all the ingredients to make these four amazing recipes! Right now, you can save $1 on cream cheese (8 oz. or larger, selected varieties) when you buy 2 (two) boxes of RITZ Crackers (10.3 oz. or larger, selected varieties).

I’m not a fan of bloody mary’s, but I love your twist! Such a fun idea
