Ok, it is the last What to Cook Wednesday of the Year!ย  Let’s celebrate with something a little outside the WTCW box.ย

Today, I’m sharing ideas for New Year’s Eve Party food!ย  AND, they are all tried and true.ย  Yep, you read that right: I have made every single one of these {I’ve included a few notes on some of them based on my experiences too}!

Ginger Shrimp Potstickers with Spicy Peanut Sauceย – We totally adapted this one and made them wontons vs. potstickers.ย  It allowed me to bake them {spray the pan and them with cooking spray} vs. cooking them in a pan.

Cranberry Meatballs – My only tip: double the recipe because these babies go fast

Caramelized Onion, bacon and Gruyere Dipย – Words literally cannot describe how delicious this is. I mixed mine the morning of the party and just baked it when I wanted.

Teriyaki Beef Crisps with Wasabi Mayonnaiseย – This is a super easy recipe. You can make all the ingredients ahead of time and just assemble when ready.

Crispy Prosciutto Cups with Pear – Add a touch of goat cheese to these for an even better taste

Buffalo Chicken Cupsย – Here’s what you do with this chicken: Take a phyllo cup and put a small piece of crumbled blue cheese in bottom. Top with skinny buffalo chicken. Drizzle with ranch dressing.

Cranberry Pecan Brie Crostiniย – I actually just make use a wheel of brie and cover it with the cranberry, pecan and maple glaze.

Lasagna Pinwheel Bitesย – Make it a little adult friendly by using spicy Italian sausage.

Caprese Bitesย – A classic crowd please…easy to make and easy to eat

Salsa & Guacamoleย – You absolutely cannot go wrong with a crowd friendly chip and dip.
