WTCW #69

September 19, 2012 By Shannah 2 Comments

Ready for some super yummy recipes?  It is WTCW time again 🙂
[Sweet Basil], [Cheeky Kitchen], [Recipe Girl]
Sunday: As fall weather approached, II relish the ability to get outside and grill without feeling like I am on fire. This week, fajita burgers are calling me.

Monday: We still like to attempt meatless Monday as much as possible. I love this neat take on stuffed mushrooms which are made with veggie chili.

Tuesday: Some cuts of beef cook so quickly making weeknight dinner a breeze. Grilled skirt steak with corn and tomato salad is one of those great options for an early fall evening.

[Skinnytaste], [Kohler Created], [Peas and Crayons], [Mango & Tomato]

Wednesday: Another thing fall brings for us is more freezer friendly meals. I love being able to spend some time upfront cooking and then toss a meal, like baked pasta with sausage and spinach, into the oven when I want to serve it.

Thursday: How about some meatloaf made Paleo style with lots of veggies. Yum!

Friday: This recipe for sesame seared tuna with wasabi mashed potatoes had me the moment I saw those potatoes!

Saturday: We round out this red meat heavy (how did that happen?!) week with a yummy steak salad with mangoes and black pepper cashews.
