In a large skillet, brown the Italian sauce over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring, to crumble, until cooked through. Drain the sausage and set aside.
1 pound ground Italian sausage
In the same pot, add the salsa, cheese dip, and chili beans. Stir to combine. Stir in the drained sausage. Heat over low heat until bubbly, about 15-20 minutes. Serve topped with chopped onion.
1 1/2 cups salsa, 15 ounce jar cheese dip, 1 can Chili magic beans, 3 Tablespoons chopped green onion
Notes
For the crockpot method: Complete step one above. Add salsa, cheese dip, and beans to a crockpot. Turn heat to low. Stir in sausage and heat for at least 30 minutes or until warm. Change heat to warm.
The dip can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. Reheat before serving.
