Ingredients

  • 4 Gorton's Signature Grilled Tilapia filets
  • 2 Tbsp crumbled goat cheese

Pomegranate Avocado Salsa

  • 1 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1 Tbsp fresh mint chopped
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 3 tsp orange juice
  • 1 jalapeno seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 shallot finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 avocado diced

Instructions

  • 1. Prepare Gorton's Tilapia filets according to package instructions.
  • 2. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, toss together pomegranate arils, mint, parsley, orange zest, orange juice, jalapeno, shallot, salt and avocado. Refrigerate until ready to use. 
  • 3. Once tilapia is cooked, transfer to plates and top with pomegranate avocado salsa. Sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese.
