Three Cheese Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 12 oz thin spaghetti
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup marinara or spaghetti sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large baking dish or oven safe skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta for 5 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and then drain the pasta.
  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese and cottage cheese. Stir well. Stir in marinara sauce, 1/4 cup pasta water, and pasta. Pour into prepared pan and top with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
