Ingredients

  • 1 tube Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Green grapes halved
  • ¼ cup Red grapes halved
  • ½ cup Blueberries
  • ½ cup Raspberries
  • 1 Kiwi peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup Pineapple diced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray a rimmed round baking pan or pizza pan evenly with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Add the cookie dough to the baking pan, pressing until ½ to 1 inch thick.
    1 tube Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • Bake the sugar cookie dough according to package instructions or until lightly browned on top.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until smooth.
    8 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Once sugar cookie dough is done, remove from heat and allow it to cool completely.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the sugar cookie crust, reaching to edges. Add fruit and decorate as desired.
    ¼ cup Green grapes, ¼ cup Red grapes, ½ cup Blueberries, ½ cup Raspberries, 1 Kiwi, ½ cup Pineapple
  • Cut individual slices for serving.

Notes

  1. Be sure the cookie crust is completely cooled before adding the cream cheese icing.
