Ingredients
16ouncesrigatoni pasta
1 1/2teaspoonssaltdivided
1teaspoonoil
1/4cupchopped onion
2clovesgarlicminced
1/4cupchicken broth
1/2cupheavy cream
3TablespoonsDijon mustard
1teaspoondried tarragon
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
Fresh Parmesan

Instructions
Heat a large pot of water over high heat. Add 1 tsp salt and pasta. Cook for 6 minutes.

In a medium skillet, heat 1 tsp oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 3-4 minutes or until softened. Add garlic and cook for one minute.
