Fresh mint, a lemon wheel, or additional berriesoptional
Instructions
Blend berries with a tbsp of water or muddle gently with a spoon to get a puree consistency.
1/4 cup raspberries (or any berry)
Fill a large glass with ice cubes and top with pureed berries.
Ice cubes
Pour the limoncello over the berry puree.
2 ounces Limoncello
Slowly pour the Prosecco into the glass to maintain the fizz. Add sparkling water or club soda for a refreshing, fizzy finish.
3 ounces Prosecco (or any dry sparkling wine), 1 ounce sparkling water or club soda
Stir carefully to mix the ingredients without losing the bubbles.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint, a lemon wheel, or a skewer of berries for a colorful touch.
Fresh mint, a lemon wheel, or additional berries
Notes
Fresh or frozen berries can be used in the recipe.
If you do not have sparkling water or club soda, replace with Prosecco. It will alter the drink taste slightly.
For batch cocktails, combine the raspberry puree and Limoncello in a pitcher. Pour into glasses and top with Prosecco and club soda when ready to serve.
