Raspberry Limoncello Spritz

This raspberry Limoncello spritz is refreshing, slightly sweet, and very bubbly.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Limoncello
  • 3 ounces Prosecco (or any dry sparkling wine)
  • 1 ounce sparkling water or club soda
  • 1/4 cup raspberries (or any berry)
  • Ice cubes

Garnishes

  • Fresh mint, a lemon wheel, or additional berries optional

Instructions

  • Blend berries with a tbsp of water or muddle gently with a spoon to get a puree consistency.

  • Fill a large glass with ice cubes and top with pureed berries.

  • Pour the limoncello over the berry puree.

  • Slowly pour the Prosecco into the glass to maintain the fizz. Add sparkling water or club soda for a refreshing, fizzy finish.

  • Stir carefully to mix the ingredients without losing the bubbles.
  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint, a lemon wheel, or a skewer of berries for a colorful touch.

Notes

  • Fresh or frozen berries can be used in the recipe.
  • If you do not have sparkling water or club soda, replace with Prosecco. It will alter the drink taste slightly.
  • For batch cocktails, combine the raspberry puree and Limoncello in a pitcher. Pour into glasses and top with Prosecco and club soda when ready to serve.
