No Bake Mini Lemon Berry Cheesecake Trifles

Ingredients

  • 3 cups lemon NILLA Wafers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon zest
  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2-3 cups berries

Instructions

  • Separate 5-6 NILLA Wafers and crush into crumbs. Set aside. Break the remaining NILLA wafers into pieces small enough to fit into the baking cups or jars for trifles.
    3 cups lemon NILLA Wafers
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add in lemon juice, lemon zest, and sweetened condensed milk.
    8 ounces cream cheese, 3 Tablespoons lemon juice, 2 Tablespoons lemon zest, 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • In a separate bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
    1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Layer broken NILLA wafers, cream cheese mixture and berries. Top with berries and crushed NILLA Wafers. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
