Garlic Butter Chicken Meatballs

Garlic butter chicken meatballs are a delicious combination of flavors that go perfect with everything from pasta to zucchini noodles to being put onto slider rolls. No matter how you serve them, prepare for everyone to beg for seconds.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound ground chicken
  • 1/4 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 cup shredded gruyere
  • 3 Tablespoons garlic paste divided
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tablespoons panko crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 5 Tablespoons butter

Instructions

  • Mix together ground chicken, ground pork, shredded cheese, 2 Tbsp garlic paste, oregano, parsley, panko crumbs, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until fully combined. Form into approximately 12 meatballs.
    3/4 pound ground chicken, 1/4 pound ground pork, 1/2 cup shredded gruyere, 3 Tablespoons garlic paste, 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh oregano, 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, 2 Tablespoons panko crumbs, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • In a large skillet, melt 4 Tbsp butter. Add meatballs and cook, turning to brown all sides, for 8-10 minutes. Baste the meatballs with the butter as they cook. Remove from skillet.
    5 Tablespoons butter
  • Melt remaining 1 Tbsp butter into skillet. Stir in 1 Tbsp garlic paste and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant. Remove from heat and spoon sauce over meatballs.
