Ingredients

For Rims of Glasses (Optional)

  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

For the Cocktail

  • 4 ounces Limoncello
  • 2 ounces Vodka
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen lemonade cubes
  • Fresh mint and Lemon Peel, for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Glasses (Optional)

  • Place glasses in freezer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Pour lemon juice and sugar into separate shallow plates or bowls. Dip the rim of each glass into the lemon juice and then sugar. Gently shake to remove the excess sugar. Note: You will have extra lemon juice and sugar left over.
    2 Tbsp lemon juice, 2 Tbsp granulated sugar

Make the Cocktail

  • In a high speed blender add the Limoncello, vodka, and lemonade cubes. Blend until smooth.
    4 ounces Limoncello, 2 ounces Vodka, 1 1/2 cups frozen lemonade cubes
  • Pour blended Limoncello mixture into prepared glasses. Garnish with lemon peel and fresh mint.

Notes

  • Chilling and adding sugar to the rim of the glasses is optional but recommended.
