Dark Chocolate Yogurt Bites

Ingredients

  • 6 ounce cup of yogurt any flavor
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Place a rimmed, metal baking sheet lined with parchment paper or nonstick foil, in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Put yogurt into plastic bag with seal or piping bag. Seal and cut small piece off of corner. Pipe yogurt bites onto frozen pan. Place in freezer for 15 minutes.
    6 ounce cup of yogurt
  • Add dark chocolate chips to a small bowl and heat in 15 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
    1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • Remove yogurt bites from freezer and drizzle with melted chocolate. Return to freezer for 5 minutes. Eat or transfer to storage container and keep in freezer for up to 2 months.

Notes

  • You can substitute milk, semi-sweet, or white chocolate chips for the dark chocolate.
  • The frozen yogurt bites can be kept in the freezer for up to 2 months.
  • The recipe is easy to double or triple. Just make sure the pan you choose is big enough.
