Cranberry Brie Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cranberries
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 small Wheel of Brie
  • 1 can Biscuits 5 count

Instructions

  • In a small pan, combine cranberries, sugar and water. Bring to boil and then reduce heat to a simmer. 
  • Simmer for 15 minutes or until all the cranberries pop and the liquid coats the back of a spoon.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cut each biscuit in half and roll into a circle. Place wheel of brie in center of skillet. Surround the brie with the biscuit dough. 
  • Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until biscuits are lightly browned and cooked through. Spoon cranberry sauce on top and serve.

Notes

  • You can substitute crescent rolls for biscuits and reduce cooking time to 10 minutes.
