Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread drained chickpeas onto prepared baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes; shaking occasionally.

Remove from oven and toss chickpeas with ranch seasoning.

Spray basket of air fryer with olive oil or avocado oil. Add seasoned chickpeas.

Cook chickpeas, in the air fryer, at 380 degrees for 12 minutes; shaking the basket every 4 minutes.
Remove from air fryer basket and spread in single layer to let cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
Notes
You can skip steps and 1 and 2 and dry the chickpeas on a paper towel lined baking sheet instead. This may not get them quite as crispy because some residual moisture left on the chickpeas.
The ranch seasoning can be replaced with any dry seasoning.
