Ingredients

  • 32 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 large piece fresh ginger peeled
  • 1 bottle Champagne or Prosecco
  • Dried pinepple pieces for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. In a pitcher, combine pineapple juice and fresh ginger. Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes; up to overnight. Discard ginger.
  2. 2. Fill champagne glasses 1/3-1/2 the way with pineapple juice. Top with Champagne and garnish with dried pineapple.
