Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 3 Tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon stone ground mustard
  • 1/3 cup diced granny smith apples
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt and mustard. Stir to combine.
    3 Tablespoons Greek yogurt, 1 1/2 teaspoon stone ground mustard
  • In a large bowl, mix together chicken, cranberries and apples. Stir in yogurt mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
