Sausage Stuffed Mini Peppers

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces ground sausage
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup shredded Italian blend cheese
  • 1/4 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 15 mini bell peppers halved

Instructions

  • Cook sausage in skillet over medium heat, stirring to crumble.
    16 ounces ground sausage
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Once sausage is cooked, add cream cheese and stir until combined. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese and bacon.
    8 ounces cream cheese, 1/3 cup shredded Italian blend cheese, 1/4 cup bacon
  • Spoon sausage mixture into pepper halves and place on baking sheet.
    15 mini bell peppers
  • Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

Notes

  • Before slicing peppers, lay on table or counter to determine which way to cut so the halves will lay flat.
