Reuben Sliders

Reuben sliders, also called corned beef sliders, are a great St. Patrick's Day mini sandwich fit for feeding a crowd.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Slider Buns
  • 3/4 pound Corned Beef shaved or thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island Dressing
  • 8 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sauerkraut
  • 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Spread half of Thousand Island dressing on bottom of slider buns. Place on prepared baking sheet. 
    1 pack Slider Buns, 1/2 cup Thousand Island Dressing
  • Top each with a 1/2 a slice of Swiss cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, and the other 1/2 slice of Swiss cheese. Spread remaining Thousand Island dressing on the other part of the slider buns. Place on top of sandwich.
    3/4 pound Corned Beef, 8 slices Swiss Cheese, 1/2 cup Sauerkraut
  • Pour melted butter over sliders. Cover with foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes in preheated oven. 
    2 Tablespoons Melted Butter

Notes

  • You can substitute pastrami for the corned beef.
  • You can substitute Russian dressing in place of the Thousand Island dressing.
