Reuben Pizza Recipe

You have to try this Reuben pizza. It has all the amazing flavors of a Reuben sandwich but all on a chewy pizza crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 3 slices Corned beef
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup Sauerkraut {optional}

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Prepare your pizza crust by putting it on a rimmed baking sheet. If you are using a fresh dough, roll it out to your desired size prior to putting on baking pan.

  • Spread the Thousand Island dressing on top of the pizza crust.
    1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • Add a thin layer of shredded cheese.
    1 cup Swiss cheese
  • Top with corned beef and sauerkraut. Add additional cheese.
    3 slices Corned beef, 1/4 cup Sauerkraut
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
