Ingredients
1Pizza crust
1/2cupThousand Island dressing
3slicesCorned beef
1cupSwiss cheeseshredded
1/4cupSauerkraut {optional}
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Prepare your pizza crust by putting it on a rimmed baking sheet. If you are using a fresh dough, roll it out to your desired size prior to putting on baking pan.
1 Pizza crust
Spread the Thousand Island dressing on top of the pizza crust.
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
Add a thin layer of shredded cheese.
1 cup Swiss cheese
Top with corned beef and sauerkraut. Add additional cheese.
3 slices Corned beef, 1/4 cup Sauerkraut
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
