  • 8 oz wheel Brie room temperature
  • 12.75 oz jar apricot preserves
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha
  • 3 Tbsp cooked crumbled bacon
  • 2 Tbsp pomegranate seeds


  1. 1. In a small sauce pan, heat preserves over low heat until smooth, stirring frequently. Stir in Sriracha.
  2. 2. Place brie onto serving platter. Spoon melted preserves over top. Sprinkle with bacon pieces and pomegranate seeds. Serve with crackers and bread slices.
