Ingredients

  • 1 quart rainbow sherbet
  • 750 ml bottle dry sparkling wine chilled

Instructions

  • Spoon 3-4 tablespoons of rainbow sherbet into champagne glass.
    1 quart rainbow sherbet
  • Pour dry sparkling wine on top of sherbet. Serve immediately.
750 ml bottle dry sparkling wine

Notes

  1. Prosecco is fine in place of a dry sparkling wine or champagne. It will just make a sweeter mimosa.
  2. Optional: Rim the glass with sprinkles or colored sugar before preparing the mimosa.
