Ingredients
1quartrainbow sherbet
750mlbottle dry sparkling winechilled
Instructions
Spoon 3-4 tablespoons of rainbow sherbet into champagne glass.
1 quart rainbow sherbet
Pour dry sparkling wine on top of sherbet. Serve immediately.
750 ml bottle dry sparkling wine
Notes
Prosecco is fine in place of a dry sparkling wine or champagne. It will just make a sweeter mimosa.
Optional: Rim the glass with sprinkles or colored sugar before preparing the mimosa.
