Ingredients

  • 5 hard boiled eggs chopped
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika to taste

Instructions

  • Add the chopped eggs to a food processor and blend until they reach a finely chopped consistency.
    5 hard boiled eggs
  • Pour the eggs into a medium sized bowl and add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
    ¼ cup mayonnaise, 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon hot sauce, Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sprinkle paprika over the top when ready to serve.
    Paprika to taste

Notes

  • This dip is best served chilled.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
