- 5 hard boiled eggs chopped
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste
Add the chopped eggs to a food processor and blend until they reach a finely chopped consistency.

Pour the eggs into a medium sized bowl and add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Sprinkle paprika over the top when ready to serve.

- This dip is best served chilled.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
