A salad favorite with pasta twist...this pasta salad is full of fresh ingredients and so easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound corkscrew pasta cooked al dente and rinsed with cold water
  • 1 1/2 cup cooked ham diced
  • 3 hard boiled eggs roughly chopped
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 1 tomato cored and diced
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1 1/4 cup Chunky Bleu Cheese dressing
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled bleu cheese

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine pasta through tomato. Toss to combine. Refrigerate until 10 minutes before ready to serve.

  • When ready to serve, stir in dressing and chopped lettuce.

    1 avocado, 1/4 cup crumbled bleu cheese

Notes

  1. The pasta salad can be made ahead of time. Mix in a small amount of dressing to keep the pasta from sticking and then add the rest just before serving.
