Ingredients
1poundcorkscrew pasta cooked al dente and rinsed with cold water
1 1/2cupcooked hamdiced
3hard boiled eggsroughly chopped
6slices baconcooked and crumbled
1/2red oniondiced
1tomatocored and diced
1cupchopped lettuce
1 1/4cupChunky Bleu Cheese dressing
1avocadodiced
1/4cupcrumbled bleu cheese
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine pasta through tomato. Toss to combine. Refrigerate until 10 minutes before ready to serve.
1 pound corkscrew pasta cooked al dente and rinsed with cold water, 1 1/2 cup cooked ham, 3 hard boiled eggs, 6 slices bacon, 1/2 red onion, 1 tomato
When ready to serve, stir in dressing and chopped lettuce.
1 1/4 cup Chunky Bleu Cheese dressing, 1 cup chopped lettuce
Top with avocado and bleu cheese.
1 avocado, 1/4 cup crumbled bleu cheese

Notes
The pasta salad can be made ahead of time. Mix in a small amount of dressing to keep the pasta from sticking and then add the rest just before serving.
