Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute Ready to Serve Brown Rice
  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 2 Tbsp mashed banana
  • 2-3 Tbsp almond coconut or cow's milk, warmed

Instructions

  • Remove plastic cover from Minute Ready to Serve rice container. Microwave for 60 seconds.
  • Combine cooked rice with pumpkin puree, mashed banana and milk. Stir well. Top with toppings of your choice and enjoy!

    - 2 strawberries, sliced
    - 1 Tbsp toasted coconut chips
    - Grated chocolate
    - Sliced or chopped nuts
