Brazilian Pizza (Portuguese Pizza)

Ingredients

  • 1 thin pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup chunky pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 1/3 cup sliced olives
  • 1/2 onion thinly sliced
  • 2/3 cup diced ham
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place pizza crust on baking sheet.

  • Spread pizza sauce onto crust. Top with 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
    1/2 cup chunky pizza sauce
  • Add olives, onion slices, ham, and hard-boiled eggs. Top with remaining cheese.
    1/3 cup sliced olives, 1/2 onion, 2/3 cup diced ham, 2 hard-boiled eggs, 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Notes

  • You can substitute regular pizza sauce combined with one diced roma tomato for the chunky pizza sauce. 
  • Any olive works well here so choose your favorite.
