Sumac Roasted Carrots with Walnuts

  • 6 Carrots cut into sticks
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sumac
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.

  2. Toss carrots with olive oil and spread evenly on baking sheet. Season with salt, pepper and sumac. 

  3. Roast in oven for 10-15 minutes or until carrots are softened. Top with chopped walnuts before serving.
