Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

  • 12 oz shell pasta
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 2/3 cup frozen peas
  • 2/3 cup shredded carrots
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled


  • 1 pkg ranch dressing mix
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper


  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil over high heat. Add 1 Tbsp salt and pasta. Stir and boil for 6 minutes.

  2. Add frozen peas and shredded carrots and boil for an additional 2 minutes. Drain well and transfer to large serving bowl.

  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, sour cream, Greek yogurt, salt and pepper. Stir into hot pasta.

  4. Stir in half of bacon. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. Top with remaining bacon before serving.
