Cheesy Bacon Corn Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen corn thawed
  • 1 can diced green chiles drained
  • 1 jalapeno seeded and diced
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 4 oz sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
  • 6 sliced bacon cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth.

  2. Stir in corn, chiles, jalapeno and cheese. Transfer to service dish and refrigerate for at least one hour. Top with crumbled bacon before serving.

Recipe Notes

1. If you prefer to serve this hot, bake in a 375 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through.
2. Dip can also be warmed in crockpot on low and kept on warm setting.
