Two Ingredient Gluten Free Chips

  • Vegetable Oil check the label
  • Gluten Free Corn Tortillas
  • Salt or other seasoning optional


  1. 1. Stack the tortillas and cut into 8ths. 
  2. 2. Pour 2-3 inches of oil into deep pan. Heat over medium high heat. (You will know it is hot enough if a sample tortilla floats). 
  3. 3. Add about 10 tortilla triangles to hot oil. Cook for 45 seconds. Stir and cook an additional 45 seconds. Using a skimmer, remove from pan and transfer to paper towel lined pan. Repeat until all pieces are cooked.

Recipe Notes

If desired, toss hot chips with salt, pepper, ranch dressing seasoning or other herbs and spices.
