In a small pan, combine cranberries, sugar and water. Bring to boil and then reduce heat to a simmer.
Simmer for 15 minutes or until all the cranberries pop and the liquid coats the back of a spoon.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut each biscuit in half and roll into a circle. Place wheel of brie in center of skillet. Surround the brie with the biscuit dough.
Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until biscuits are lightly browned and cooked through. Spoon cranberry sauce on top and serve.
