Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix the cookie dough and quick oats together.

Reserve 1/2 cup of the dough mixture and press the remaining dough into the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish. Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until set.

In a small bowl, mix the chocolate chip and the butterscotch chips together. Pour over top of cooked cookie dough "crust".

Mix caramel sauce, flour and vanilla together; stirring with a whisk. Drizzle over the chocolate chips.

Crumble remaining 1/2 cup of cookie dough on top of the caramel sauce. Bake for an additional 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
