Buffalo Shrimp Tacos

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot sauce
  • 1 cup broccoli slaw
  • 1/3 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 8 soft taco sized tortillas


  1. Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Add to skillet and cook for 4 minutes. Turn over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until shrimp are fully cooked.
  2. Add hot sauce to bowl. Toss hot shrimp with the hot sauce.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine broccoli slaw and dressing. Stir well to combine.
  4. Divide broccoli slaw between the tortillas. Top with shrimp.
