Peanut Butter Buckeye Dip

Ingredients

What You'll Need

  • 6 ounces of cream cheese softened
  • 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz of cool whip thawed
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate melting chips

Instructions

  1. Beat your softened cream cheese in the mixer until smooth. Add the cream peanut butter and let the mixer run for 1-2 minutes or until the peanut butter and cream cheese are incorporated really well. Add in the 2 Tbsp of milk.
  2. Slowly add the powdered sugar allowing each previous addition to incorporate before adding more.
  3. Fold in cool whip and chocolate chips. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. {Note: I ate some of the dip immediately after it was made and it was still delicious. Refrigeration just improve
  4. In a bowl, melt the chocolate melting chips following the directions {mine said 30 seconds at 50% power; stir; additional 10 second increments until fully melted}. Drizzle the top of the dip with the melted chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes. Serve with cookies or graham crackers for dipping.
