Prosciutto Cups with pears and goat cheese are a great party appetizer. You can make most parts ahead of time and just assemble when ready to serve.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Using one piece of prosciutto, fold it into the cup of the mini muffin pan to form a cup. Repeat for all 24 muffin cups.
Cook in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. After 10 minutes, watch closely so that they do not burn. Let cool completely.
Spoon the diced pears into the cooled prosciutto cups. Top with a small amount of goal cheese and sprinkle with thyme.
