Combine tater tots with cheese and ground beef for a delicious, kid-friendly dinner.

Ingredients
1 32ozpackage tater tots.
1lblean ground beef
2tspoil
1onionfinely chopped
2clovesof garlicminced
10ozcondensed cream of mushroom soup
1 3/4cupwater
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
1cupFrench's fried onions
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray 9x13 cooking dish lightly with cooking spray. Line the bottom of the dish with tator tots and cook for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees.
2. Heat 1 tsp oil over medium heat. Brown the ground beef over medium heat and drain. Set aside.
3. Heat 1 tsp oil in pan and saute onion and garlic for about 5 minutes. Add ground beef and stir to combine. Layer on top of tater tots.
4. Mix condensed cream of mushroom soup and water. Stir well. Stir in 1 cup of cheddar cheese and ½ cup of friend onions. Pour mixture over the tator tots and spread evenly. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and fried onions.
5. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes until bubbly and the cheese has melted.
