Simple Syrup
1/2cupsugar
1/2cupwater
6mint leaves
Instructions
1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar, water and mint leaves. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Boil for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Remove mint leaves.
2. In a large pitcher, combine raspberry lemonade, vodka, frozen berries, Riondo Prosecco, and 2 Tbsp mint simple syrup. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
