Mixed Berry Prosecco Sangria

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raspberry lemonade
  • 1/3 cup vodka
  • 2 cups mixed berries frozen (I used raspberries, blackberries and blueberries)
  • 1 bottle Riondo Prosecconofollow
  • Ice optional

Simple Syrup

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 mint leaves

Instructions

  1. 1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar, water and mint leaves. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Boil for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Remove mint leaves.
  2. 2. In a large pitcher, combine raspberry lemonade, vodka, frozen berries, Riondo Prosecco, and 2 Tbsp mint simple syrup. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
