Buffalo Chicken Skillet Nachos

Ingredients

  • 4 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 1/2 cups pulled chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded double cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro chopped

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. 2. In a medium bowl, combine chicken with 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
  3. 3. Layer 1/3 of chips in bottom of large cast iron skillet. Top with ½ of chicken. Sprinkle with ½ of pepper jack cheese. Repeat with another layer of chips, chicken and pepper jack cheese. Top with remaining 1/3 of chips. Sprinkle double cheddar cheese on top of chips.
  4. 4. Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and top with remaining buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing and chopped cilantro.
