Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute Ready to Serve Brown Rice
  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 2 Tbsp mashed banana
  • 2-3 Tbsp almond coconut or cow's milk, warmed

Instructions

  1. Remove plastic cover from Minute Ready to Serve rice container. Microwave for 60 seconds.

  2. Combine cooked rice with pumpkin puree, mashed banana and milk. Stir well. Top with toppings of your choice and enjoy!
