1. Be sure not to add too much alcohol or the popsicles will not freeze.
2. Freeze for at least 24 hours. Keep in freezer until ready to enjoy.
3. To make your own mint simple syrup, combine equal parts water and sugar and bring to boil. Boil until sugar is dissolved. Add 5-6 mint leaves. Turn off heat and let sit for 10 minutes. Remove mint leaves.
