I’m a wreath failure, ya’ll. Yep…a total failure. I set out to make one of those gorgeous canning jar ring wreaths and totally failed. I think it was something to do with me being totally impatient but who knows. What I do know is that I was left with the 380 canning jar rings I purchased off of Craiglist ($10…score!) and no clue what to do with them. What’s a girl to do? Well, being the holidays, I decided it made perfect sense to add glitter to a bunch of them and use them as candle holders. Now, I am in love with glittered canning jar ring candle holders but still have like 350 more rings and no clue what to do with them. Ideas are appreciated!…

Mason Jar Crafts: Rainbow Cupcake Stand #CraftyJars

I am so excited to be working with The Blueprint Social and Consumer Crafts to create a mason jar craft as part of the August Street Team.

This year, I was planning H’s birthday party and really struggling with what to do to show off the cupcakes on the dessert table. Last year, I simply used a store bought cupcake stand and was less than happy with it. For August, I was partnered with Consumer Crafts and challenged to make something using mason jars. From there, everything just fell into place to create a rainbow mason jar cupcake stand.
