Pinworthy Project Party – My Pinworthy Picks

September 27, 2012 By Shannah 8 Comments

Happy Thursday! This is one of my favorite times of the week…when I get to feature YOU!

Can you believe we had almost 100 links this past week?! I’m hoping we clear 100 this week so we can celebrate {hint: celebration = free stuff!}

It isn’t quite time to party again yet though. So, let’s take a look at some of the fabulous stuff linked up last week.

We all clearly have fall and Halloween on the brain because the most popular links this past week were mostly related to those subjects!

Over at Keeping it Simple, this adorable Halloween ladder helps get everyone in the mood for the upcoming holiday.

Want a simple way to decorate with “pumpkins”, try these plastic bag pumpkins from Our Pinteresting Family.

Got $10 and a little bit of time? Then, you can make this adorable Halloween wreath from Pretty Providence.

I love all kinds of Halloween decorations! A lot of people tend to go scary but I Vintage Gwen put together an awesome scare-less Halloween mantel.

Hungry? Try this pumpkin fluff shared by Polka Dots on Parade.

Or maybe you want something to take to you next potluck for dessert. Wow your dinner guests with a delicious blackberry and cream cheese pie like the one from The Farm Girl Recipes.

And we can’t only be thinking about Halloween and fall, right?! So, check our this amazing jewelry box transformation from AKA West to get inspired on ways to upcycle tings you already have.

And the link with the most views this week was…tailgating the crafty way from Crafty Scrappy Happy.

Were you featured?  If so, I would love for you to grab a button

I hope I will see you tomorrow for a new Pinworthy Projects Party!

Pinworthy Project Party – My Pinworthy Picks

July 12, 2012 By Shannah 6 Comments

Just a little note before we get started checking out some great features from last week’s party…

I am so grateful to each and every one of my readers that comes to link up each week and I L-O-V-E featuring projects and recipes from the party.
However, as I visit all of the links {and I visit every one!}, I am noticing that a lot of people are not linking back here.  It’s such a small thing to link back and is a pretty common request by link party hosts.

So, effective the party on 3 August, I will no longer feature projects or recipes that do not have a link back to my site in some way {I have no preference on a button vs. a text link}.
This isn’t really a new thing as almost all of the blogs I link to have the same policy.

So, again…THANK YOU for coming to visit and link up!  You are always welcome to do so even without a link back but I won’t be featuring projects/recipes from blogs that do not provide a link back here.

Now, let’s get on the fun stuff…features!

Leslie, from the Seasoned Homemaker, shared instructions to make this adorable Apron.

Check out this gorgeous DIY tinted glass project from Twigg Studios.

Megan, from My Pinteresting Family, redid her childhood desk and it looks fantastic.

Claire, from a little something in the meantime, made this awesome artwork inspired by a vintage band-aid box!

If you are hungry, Tanya from twelve-o-eight, shared a delicious looking BBQ Teriyaki chicken recipe.

And the most viewed link this week was the Anthro-Inspired glasses from It All Started with Paint:

Awesome projects linked up last week! If you were featured, I hope you will grab featured button!

I look forward to seeing you tomorrow for another great party!
