Pinterest Projects Party – My Pinworthy Picks

May 17, 2012 By Shannah 5 Comments

A big thanks to everyone who linked up to last week’s party!  We had some really great projects and recipes shared.
Let’s take a look at some of them!

Jen, at Four Marrs and One Venus, made this cute address plaque with scrabble tiles.

This Spring, our kids have been full of sickness like colds and other yucky viruses.  Over at Permanent Kisses, Amy shared a great way to make those germs don’t transfer from one kid to another…at least from toothbrush to toothbrush!

I’ve had etching on my want to try list for awhile.  Check out the personalized pyrex Kayla made using a stencil and some etching cream.

Even as an old married woman, I love seeing neat wedding ideas.  Over at The McBailey’s, Megan shared her DIY wedding programs.  A perk:  she included the free printable!

How beautiful are these dyed paper flowers from Twigg Studios?  I can just see a whole vase of them on a table…gorgeous!

My mouth was totally watering when I saw this Lemon Blueberry Drizzle Bread from Michelle’s Tasty Creations.  Yum!

And the link with the most clicks last week was the upcycled oatmeal canister turned toilet paper holder from Practically Functional.

Amazing blog! Do you have any hints for aspiring writers?
I’m planning to start my own blog soon but I’m a little lost on everything.
Would you suggest starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option?
There are so many options out there that I’m totally overwhelmed .. Any recommendations? Thanks!
