The Laughing Cow® in New York

I am a total snacker! If I could just snack all day long and not eat full meals, I would be one happy camper. Yesterday, I got the opportunity to combine my love of snacking with a visit to my all time favorite place {well, besides my home}…New York City! The Laughing Cow® was taking over part of Times Square in New York and that was one event I did not want to miss.

My day started with a really early train ride into the city. When my alarm went off, I was so tempted to hit the snooze button but then I remembered exactly why I was getting up SO EARLY and got excited. Once in the city, I headed straight for Times Square to see The Laughing Cow® and the event set up. I spotted The Laughing Cow® on some of the billboards along my way so I knew I was headed in the right direction.

The event was awesome. Giant tents had been set up with tables and chairs for people to stop by and enjoy their free snack samples from The Laughing Cow®. Plus, for social media lovers, there was even a selfie station.

While I was there, Gillian Jacobs, from the show Community, was there taking pictures and handing out samples!

I took a little bit of time to visit some of my favorite New York spots before sitting down to enjoy my delicious snack from The Laughing Cow®. I am such a HUGE fan of The Laughing Cow® and was excited to find one of my all time favorite flavors, Garlic and Herb, in my snack pack. The size of the cheese is perfect and I loved the idea of pairing it with pretzels.
