Hawaiian Sliders Ingredients

  • Ground Meat – You can choose from ground turkey, chicken, or extra lean ground beef. I usually do a mix of beef and chicken.
  • Panko Crumbs
  • Canned Crushed Pineapple – You will need the pineapple and the juice.
  • Milk
  • Soy Sauce
  • Fresh Garlic
  • Fresh Ginger
  • Salt and White Pepper
  • Brown Sugar
  • Honey
  • Cornstarch – This helps thicken the sauce.
  • Hawaiian rolls – You can’t have Hawaiian sliders without mini Hawaiian rolls.

Who doesn’t like recipes that adjust to your schedule? If you do have time to whip up the meatballs from scratch, I know you’re going to be blown away by adding contrasting flavors such as pineapple juice, garlic and soy sauce to them.

My family and I love to eat these with homemade potato wedges and a simple fruit salad on the side (maybe with pineapple to tie it all in). Here are a few other ideas:
